We take a long term view of property ownership and frequently review assets in our portfolio for potential alternative use to see if a ‘second bite of the cherry’ might be available.

We have entered two of our commercial, multi-tenanted developments; One Dorset Street, Southampton and GNR8, Watford into the CUBE competition, which is designed to bring landlords and tenants together to deliver energy savings in commercial buildings.

To help us create an effective wellbeing strategy we have sought the guidance of Fitwel, the world’s leading certification that supports healthier workplace environments. Fitwel certification provides best practices and guidelines that provide the roadmap for creating, constructing and operating healthy buildings.

Lytham St Annes
With a strong location underpinning the investment opportunity we were able to gain planning to add an extra floor to the building, convert the office space into a Travelodge hotel and considerably improve the value of the retail element by adding a M&S Simply Food and Costa to the parade.
