Hemel One is a perfect example of the RO's approach to property in terms of its adaptability, flexibility and entrepreneurial flair. 

Newhall Square Birmingham

The RO provided funding and development/project management expertise in a project to redevelop the former Birmingham Science Museum. 

Lytham St Annes
