  • Land with or without planning for B2/B8 use

  • Existing assets with future repositioning/development potential

  • Existing assets with low site cover

  • Prominent sites in commercial locations

  • Strong transport links

  • Flexible hold period

LOCATION

  • Southern England

  • Midlands

LOT SIZE

  • £1m - £10m 

Roadside Development

SITE CRITERIA

  • Visually prominent sites located on A roads

  • 1 acre plus

  • Freehold land preferred

  • Greenfield or previously developed land

  • Development land with / without planning permission

  • Unconditional / conditional sale to suit vendor requirements

  • Existing drive-thru units also considered
