Airlines solutions company lands at Waterside court, Langley

ADB Safegate signs New Lease at RO’s Thames Valley Property

RO Real Estate announces that ADB Safegate has chosen Waterside Court in Langley as the new location for its expanding operations, securing 1,711 sq. ft. of high-quality office accommodation.

Headquartered in Belgium and with offices across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, ADB Safegate is a significant addition to the economic fabric of Langley and a notable new tenant for RO Real Estate.  The company provides integrated solutions to airlines and airports, and is a leader in innovative and smart airside solutions.


ADB Safegate has sought to take advantage of Langley’s close proximity to Heathrow airport in a less congested suburb with excellent car parking provision and a direct link to central London via the Elizabeth line station only a 2-minute walk from the building. They have committed to a 10-year term at the premises located at Waterside Drive – one of Langley’s main commercial nodes.  The park, an important economic engine for the local economy, houses blue-chip occupiers including Osram, Sixt and Vestel.

Langley Station is 350 metres from the building and provides a regular and fast service to London Paddington, with a fastest journey time of 29 minutes, and links to the rest of the Thames Valley.  Langley’s rail connections have further been significantly enhanced by the introduction of Crossrail providing fast connections to the West End, the City and Canary Wharf.  Langley also has excellent road communications, being only 1.5 miles north of the M4 (Junction 5).  The M4 provides fast road access to Heathrow, central London as well as Slough, Maidenhead and Reading.
