In a renewed sign of confidence in the Watford commercial property market, the RO Group is delighted to announce that Fievel Healthcare Ltd has more than doubled its office space in Watford. Fievel had originally leased 1,521 sq ft in the GNR8 office building, located at 49 Clarendon Road and owned by the RO Group, and has now expanded its operations taking a total of 3,880 sq ft. The new lease is for a five year term.

Based on the strength of evidence and the demonstrated impact on occupant health in the building, GNR8 received a three star certification. A trailblazer, GNR8 is only the second three star Fitwel certified building in the UK.
Approximately 4,700 sq. ft. remains available, spread across a range of suites starting from 1,219 sq. ft in size.
